Refund, Cancellation, Service Usage & Chargeback Policy

Last Updated: February 14, 2025

This Refund, Cancellation, and Chargeback Policy (“Policy”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between the customer (“Client”, “You”, “Your”) and TOP TALENT BRIDGE LLP (“TTB”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

By purchasing, enrolling in, or making payment for any service offered by TOP TALENT BRIDGE LLP, the Client expressly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated in this Policy without limitation or qualification.

1. Nature of Services – Digital, Intellectual & Immediate Execution

TOP TALENT BRIDGE LLP provides digital, consulting-based, and mentorship-driven career support services, including but not limited to resume development, LinkedIn branding, job search strategy consultation, interview preparation, structured webinars, and career guidance programs.

All services offered by TTB are intangible in nature and are delivered digitally through human consultation, intellectual effort, and professional advisory support.

Due to the nature of these services:

  • Service delivery begins immediately upon confirmation of payment.

  • Human resources are allocated immediately after enrollment.

  • Strategic work may commence without additional notice.

  • Onboarding communication itself constitutes service initiation.

The Client acknowledges that digital consulting services cannot be physically returned, reversed, or “unused” once initiated.

Any claim stating that the service was “not received” shall be considered invalid once onboarding communication, scheduling, or work allocation has occurred.

2. Irrevocable Service Initiation Clause

A service shall be deemed irrevocably initiated once any one of the following events has occurred:

  • An onboarding message, email, or program access communication has been sent.

  • The Client has been added to any communication group, webinar list, or system.

  • A consultation call has been scheduled or conducted.

  • Resume, LinkedIn, or document work has begun.

  • Strategy planning discussion has taken place.

  • Webinar seat has been allocated.

  • Internal human resources have been assigned to the Client’s case.

Once service initiation has occurred, the transaction becomes final, binding, non-cancellable, and non-refundable under all circumstances.

No refund shall be granted due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal scheduling conflicts

  • Financial hardship

  • Dissatisfaction without documented service failure

  • Inability to attend sessions

  • Failure to follow provided instructions

  • Market hiring delays

  • Lack of interview calls

3. Limited Webinar Seat Reservation Policy

TOP TALENT BRIDGE LLP conducts structured weekly live webinar programs that are strictly limited to a maximum of 12 participants per batch.

Once a Client books and confirms a seat in any webinar or structured batch:

  • The seat is exclusively reserved.

  • The seat is removed from availability for other potential candidates.

  • Operational planning and mentor allocation are finalized.

  • Opportunity cost is incurred by the Company.

Because webinar capacity is strictly limited and reserved in advance, all webinar seat bookings are final and strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

The Client agrees that failure to attend a reserved webinar session does not qualify for a refund or credit.

4. Customized Human-Resource-Intensive Services

TTB’s services involve significant human effort, intellectual property development, strategic consulting, and time investment from professional mentors and career advisors.

These services include but are not limited to:

  • Resume drafting and optimization

  • LinkedIn profile positioning

  • Market strategy creation

  • Interview simulation

  • Job hunt execution planning

  • Personalized consulting sessions

Once customization work begins, the output becomes specific to the Client’s profile and cannot be resold, reused, or reversed.

Accordingly, customized services are strictly non-refundable once initiated.

5. Candidate Responsibility & Performance Clause

TTB provides structured mentorship, strategic direction, and professional guidance. However, the execution of job search activities remains solely the responsibility of the Client.

The Client agrees that they are responsible for:

  • Actively applying to relevant job openings

  • Implementing strategies shared during sessions

  • Attending scheduled calls and webinars

  • Completing assignments and follow-ups

  • Submitting application tracking sheets if requested

Failure to execute the strategy or follow mentor instructions shall not constitute grounds for refund.

Employment outcomes depend on numerous external factors, including but not limited to market conditions, recruiter preferences, industry demand, geographic factors, competition level, and candidate qualifications.

TTB does not guarantee job placement unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement signed by authorized representatives.

Lack of results shall not be interpreted as service deficiency.

6. Conditional 7-Day Review Window (Pre-Service Only)

A refund request may only be considered if all the following conditions are met:

  • The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of payment.

  • No onboarding communication has been sent.

  • No consultation has occurred.

  • No customization work has started.

  • No webinar seat has been allocated.

  • No internal resource has been assigned.

If any service component has commenced, the 7-day review window becomes null and void.

Refund requests made after 7 days from onboarding or service initiation shall automatically be rejected without further review.

7. Service Consumption & Access Clause

The Client acknowledges that accessing any of the following constitutes service consumption:

  • Viewing program materials

  • Downloading documents

  • Receiving resume drafts

  • Receiving LinkedIn edits

  • Attending strategy calls

  • Participating in webinars

  • Engaging in mentorship discussions

Once consumed, digital services cannot be returned.

Therefore, service consumption eliminates refund eligibility.

8. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

By completing payment, the Client agrees not to initiate unjustified chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent claims through banks or payment gateways after service initiation.

In the event of a dispute, TTB reserves the right to present the following evidence:

  • Payment confirmation logs

  • Onboarding records

  • Email communications

  • Call scheduling records

  • Document delivery timestamps

  • Webinar attendance records

  • Internal assignment logs

If a chargeback is determined to be malicious, fraudulent, or in violation of this Policy, TTB reserves the right to:

  • Pursue legal recovery of the disputed amount

  • Recover administrative and legal costs

  • Report the matter to financial authorities where applicable

  • Permanently restrict access to future services

9. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall TOP TALENT BRIDGE LLP be liable for:

  • Failure to secure employment

  • Delayed interview responses

  • Market rejection

  • Salary expectations not being met

  • Emotional distress related to job search

  • Third-party hiring decisions

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service purchased.

10. Final Authority & Discretion

All refund decisions shall be made solely at the discretion of TOP TALENT BRIDGE LLP after reviewing service utilization records, communication history, and work logs.

The Company’s decision shall be final and binding.

11. Platform & Third-Party Disclaimer

Payment platforms, gateways, and intermediaries are not responsible for service outcomes, performance disputes, or refund eligibility decisions.

This Policy is issued solely by TOP TALENT BRIDGE LLP and governs all transactions made directly or indirectly through its platforms.
